Are you a runner training for a local friendly race? Maybe the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon or the Cherry Blossom 10-Miler?
Or do you simply love to run? Or all of the above?
Join us for a deep stretch yoga class that is the perfect compliment before or after your weekend training run. This slow flow all-levels class is perfect for beginners, has a focus on strength, balance, and flexibility, and is taught by a marathon runner.

This hands-on clinic will dive deep into key postures including Standing Back Bend, Half Moon, Triangle, Standing Head to Knee, Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee, Cobra, Floor Bow, Camel, Lotus, Frog, and King Pigeon — and so much more.
Whether you're looking to refine your alignment, deepen your understanding, or finally unlock a challenging pose, this is the clinic for you. Highly interactive with plenty of time for Q&A — space is limited so don't wait!
