Join Kimberly in Puerto Morelos, Mexico for a week long intensive, focusing on The Bishnu Ghosh Method.
This immersion can serve as simply that: a way to deepen your understanding of the practice, both from the asana, physical, level, as well as the mental level. There will be two 90-minute, all levels practices per day, an early morning class and an evening class.
In addition to the yoga, the beach is also just one block away, where there are several full service beach clubs and restaurants where you can lounge by the ocean and absorb its healing properties.
