Created by Kimberly Sickmen, the Bishnu Ghosh Method builds on the traditional Hot 26 practice and bridges into the Ghosh 84 series. You'll learn the sequence like the back of your hand, understand the “why” behind each posture, and gain the confidence to teach it well.
Learn directly from the method's creator alongside three 500-hour E-RYT teachers. You'll study the postures in depth, the anatomy behind them, the Yoga Sutras, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga — building the skills and confidence to share this practice with the world. Graduates are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200).
